I guess in Riverside CA you can be a women and expose yourself to children, well that according to an outcome in a recent court case. A women exposed herself to a boy in order to stop him from being loud, yea that is a good idea where do these people come from?!?!?
The judge ruled that the law is gender specific and therefore does not apply to women.
Penal Code Section 314, subsection 1, states that "every person who
willfully and lewdly exposes
his person, or the private parts thereof,
in any public place, or in any place where there are present other
persons to be offended or annoyed" ... is guilty of a misdemeanor.
Well right there it is, because it is a penal code and not a vaginal code it must only apply to men, jj. I mean come on can CA be that far out there that they can allow this to happen in a court of law. I would like to see a women put this one to the test, lets see how long it takes for them to change that law. So the moral of the story if you are a women in Riverside CA and you want children to be quite just show them your goods!!!
